Such small acts of kindness may seem trivial, but they go a long way in alleviating the anxiety that accompanies high-stakes assessments.Now, onto the test itself. The routes chosen were delightfully straightforward, a veritable masterstroke of logistical planning. Moreover, and this is of critical importance, the instructor exhibited a level of restraint that I found both refreshing and instrumental to my success. They refrained from testing my navigation skills, a factor that has previously been the Achilles' heel of my attempts. By focusing on the essentials of safe and competent riding rather than extraneous challenges, the instructor created an environment conducive to success. Had a fantastic couple of days with the bayside team. They all made the experience very enjoyable as well as educational. Our groups instructor - Scott - was a great teacher and helped us make the most of the two day course.Beyond this, we had a lot of space in the paddock to practise on the bikes. And when it came to the road test, Hastings is a quiet, friendly environment to learn and build confidence.Thanks team!5 stars. Highly recommend.
