Anthony
Anthony is our head instructor and brings over 40 years of riding experience to Baylink.
He has a varied riding background from off road riding and racing experience to more than 500,000km of road riding experience.
He also brings many years of coaching and training experience, from Motorcycling Victoria off road coaching roles to Learner and licence training experience.
Anthony spent 7 years as a Victoria Police motorcycle operative which included 5 years at the Special Solo Unit where he was involved in VIP escorts, off road operations and also instructor duties at the motorcycle training unit.
Since leaving Victoria Police Anthony has worked for a number of different providers conducting learner and licence courses as well as being involved in the VicRoads VicRide coaching courses.
His widely varied motorcycling experience helps Baylink provide training outcomes well above and beyond what can be obtained elsewhere.
Scott
Scott has been with Baylink for a number of years now. He is a passionate rider and trainer who looks to get the best out of his students.
Scott spent 20+ years with Victoria Police working as a police motorcycle operative where he gained experience in all types of different riding scenarios. He is also a keen recreational rider owning a number of different bikes.
Scott looks forward to passing his knowledge on and making your experience with Baylink an enjoyable one.
Greg
Greg has been training motorcycle riders for over 20 years and joined our Baylink team in early 2023 after working for a number of other providers.
He is a wealth of motorcycling knowledge and enjoys nothing more than taking the time to get new riders up and going.
With his training experience as well as a number of years racing road bikes he also has something for the more experienced riders to help improve on the skills they already possess.
He rides on the road regularly and always turns up for work on his bike regardless of the weather.
His aim is to make your training with Baylink fun and enjoyable.
Colin
Colin is a former Victorian Police Motorcycle section member. Col has over 40 years combined professional and recreational riding experience. He holds Nationally Accredited Training Qualifications. Col has provided professional training programs to numerous Police and others in both National & International Operational arenas.
Mark
Like all of our instructors Mark is a highly experienced rider and instructor bringing over 40 years of riding and coaching experience to Baylink.
He has owned a number of road bikes over the years and stills rides on a daily basis whether it is coming to work or cruising some of his favourite peninsula roads.
He specializes in passing his knowledge on to new and experienced riders alike making your experience with Baylink an enjoyable and memorable one.
Where we are
Baylink Motorcycle Training Centre is located at Hastings, within the Western Port Region. We are only a 20 minute drive from Frankston, 25 minutes from Cranbourne, 28 minutes from Koo Wee Rup and 45 minutes from Pakenham. It is set in a quiet country like location on the Peninsula while still being closely located to South East Melbourne suburbs. Ask yourself, would you rather learn to ride on a busy suburban road would you prefer to learn to ride on the quiet, country-like roads surrounding Baylink.
Who We Are
We are a VicRoads accredited Motorcycle Training Provider authorised to Train, Test and Issue Motorcycle Learner Permits and Licences.
At Baylink we believe Motorcycle riding should be fun, not an ordeal. Our highly experienced instructors go out of their way to ensure your experience with Baylink is positive and enjoyable.
Baylink Motorcycle Training Centre also provides One on One and Group Introductory ( Pre-Learners ) Courses designed for the person brand new to Motorcycles. This provides a low stress environment to learn to ride a Motorcycle.
We have a variety of Motorcycles both manual and automatic to cater for all types of riders.
We can supply you with a Helmet, Gloves and reflective vest should you need it on the day.
As a family owned business we aim to make all of our students part of the Baylink family and aim to nurture on going relationships.
